These Terms govern the use of the website at https://dsgclinic.com and the conditions under which DSG Clinic issues quotations in response to requests submitted through it.
Separate terms will apply to any individual supply agreement concluded following a quotation. Where those terms differ from these, the terms of the individual agreement prevail.
2. Nature of the service
This website is a product and information platform. It is not a webshop. Specifically:
- The website does not provide a shopping cart, checkout or online payment facility.
- The website does not create binding purchase contracts on its own.
- Submitting a quotation request through the form is a request for information and a quotation, not an order.
- All quotations are reviewed manually and answered by email.
- There is no customer account, no login and no customer dashboard.
- There is no automated exchange system, no automated core deposit and no automatic order processing.
3. Quotation requests
By submitting a quotation request, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You understand that DSG Clinic relies on this information to identify the correct mechatronic assembly or part, and that incomplete or inaccurate information may delay the reply or result in a quotation for the wrong item.
The submission of a quotation request does not create an obligation on either side. DSG Clinic may decline a request — for example if the item is not available, if the vehicle variant is outside the covered families, or if the information provided is not sufficient to identify the correct part.
The "Exchange requested: YES / NO" checkbox indicates interest only. It does not create an obligation to send an original unit, and it does not create an obligation for DSG Clinic to accept a returned unit. All exchange arrangements are agreed manually by email.
4. Prices and availability
Prices shown on the website — where shown — are indicative and provided for information. Prices are confirmed by email in response to each quotation request, and depend on:
- the exact mechatronic part number or component
- the transmission family and generation
- the vehicle variant
- current availability
- the exchange option, where applicable
Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may be subject to additional costs (for example shipping, customs or taxes) which are confirmed separately with the quotation.
5. Availability and product information
Product availability is confirmed with each quotation request. Product images, descriptions and technical information on this website are provided for reference. Where a description is not specific enough to identify an item for your vehicle, DSG Clinic will confirm the correct item using the part number, VIN and vehicle details you provide.
6. Delivery
Delivery terms, timing and cost are confirmed with each individual quotation. The website does not provide a shipping calculator, and no shipping cost is charged through the website.
7. Warranty and defects
Warranty terms for supplied mechatronic assemblies and parts are confirmed with each individual quotation and are governed by the applicable law of the jurisdiction of the operator of DSG Clinic and by any mandatory consumer-protection rules in the customer's country of residence.
8. Exchange units
Where a quotation is issued for an exchange unit, the following applies:
- The exchange option is confirmed in writing by email before any commitment is made.
- The original unit must match the family, generation and part number agreed in the quotation.
- The condition requirements for the returned unit are confirmed by email with the quotation.
- Return logistics and any applicable charges are agreed by email.
- There is no automated core deposit system on the website, and no deposit is charged online.
9. Limitation of liability
Technical information on this website — including fault-code descriptions, symptoms and diagnostic considerations — is provided for general reference. It does not constitute a diagnosis of any specific vehicle and does not replace professional diagnosis. DSG Clinic is not liable for decisions made on the basis of this information without independent verification.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DSG Clinic is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses — including loss of profit, loss of business, or damage arising from improper installation or use of a supplied item — unless such loss arises from intent or gross negligence on the part of DSG Clinic.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Where the customer is a consumer resident in the European Union, the mandatory rules of the consumer's own jurisdiction regarding jurisdiction and applicable law remain unaffected.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
